Pros

• The mission is genuinely purpose-driven, with real Kingdom impact—not just something written on a wall • Leadership is supportive and empowering, encouraging ownership, growth, and trust • There’s a high level of trust, which means you’re not boxed into a rigid job description • You get real opportunities to influence architecture, processes, and how systems are optimized • The work includes true enterprise-level challenges that stretch you both technically and as a leader • Team culture is collaborative, open, and receptive to new ideas and better ways of doing things • The work feels meaningful and aligns well with personal values—not just professional goals • Direct leadership is outstanding—Karey and Matt are genuinely some of the best leaders I’ve worked with • The insurance coverage is especially strong

Cons

• A hybrid or remote option would better support concentration, decompression, and sustained impact. • PTO is currently aligned with more legacy standards (two weeks accrued). As many organizations move toward three or four weeks and sometimes unlimited, expanding this in the future would be a meaningful investment in rest, longevity, and overall well-being as well as aligning with today’s standards especially in a high demanding environment. • The pace of growth is ambitious and intense—which is exciting—but it may feel challenging for those who expect slow, incremental change. For people who enjoy momentum, learning, and building at speed, this environment can also be incredibly rewarding.
