Pros

SurgeU truly cares about its employees and demonstrates that every single day. The absolute best part is the God-first environment, where we are blessed to begin every meeting with prayer and have the opportunity to pray for and with students.

Cons

There are a lot of changes that happen as the company is growing rapidly. Expect change, but know that it's always been for the right reasons.

Pros

Life Surge is going places and the impact and legacy it will have on people will be felt eternally. - Tremendous health insurance -Amazing people who love God -They care about US as people- not just the bottom line. -Tons of opportunities. -Faith Based -Fun environment -Ability and unlimited access to our education portals If you're a believer and love Jesus- you will like it here. This is a business that puts Christ at the center and it's focus is expanding His kingdom in the marketplace. It's evolving and growing very quickly and we're all in it together. The culture, opportunities, community, job and constant hunger for growth is amazing.

Cons

It's hard to say. If you struggle with quick change- this might be a challenge. I would not call it a con but an opportunity to grow and adapt. Pivoting is going to be the norm. Sometimes the office can get loud and feel cramped. But the positive is that you're working closely with great people. The base pay could always be higher and less PTO days than I'm used to. But the great health insurance, paid holidays and other great perks more than make up for it- such as our education at no cost for employees.

Cons

Due to the momentum and scale, pivots are in the nature of this job. This results in inefficiencies which can feel like wasted time, effort, and talent. I believe this is combated by the healthy culture, core values, employee appreciation, and mission focus.
