Long in the tooth, small and shrinking.

Pros

Smart and capable field level personnel.

Cons

Poor leadership in mid and high level management, from my perspective. Top heavy structure with lots of directors and executives. Dinosaurs in development and product management just along for the ride in my opinion. Old 1990s era technology.
