Pros

The people who've stuck around are still very smart, kind, and driven individuals.

Pros

- Good baseline company culture - Some amazing people to learn from

Cons

- Some people who are a mess to work with - Acquired by private equity, so the company culture is being restricted - Team culture is dictated by manager, as well as internal career growth - Lower pay
