Your treated so badly when working at Markets. Your on your feet 12 hours a day, 7 days in a row, taking a break is frowned upon. When traveling you have to share a room for a week with people you barely know. Traveling sometimes consists of a 6-7 hour drive, they don’t let you leave until like 5pm which puts you getting home at like midnight and then your expected to be at work the next morning. They do not care about the safety of their employees it’s all about the money. It’s really sad because they have had very talented people but once you have been there a year, they find reasons to get rid of you. If you ask questions and voice your opinion, you won’t last very long. You have to be able to smile, agree to everything, and keep your head down. Don’t expect to make commission! When you do get a raise or bonus then they fire you or they will demote you. I read reviews before I took this job thinking it was just angry employees lashing out but it turns out, it was all true!
