      There aren't many other than the relationships I have maintained once leaving.

      Employees are not valued for their worth, contributions, or successes rather their ability to kiss up to the right supervisor. Supervisors in turn actively create a toxic environment in which employees not only fear for their jobs but are actively pitted against one another.
