Never know what to expect due to consistent change, and becomes a different place when dealing with difficult work environments. Can be difficult when not getting support or help. Lots of employee turnover in multiple departments, but also there are quite a good number of people who have been there long-term, just depends where you are wanting to grow. Have to keep an open mind with management styles, and can be difficult to transition with all the change. Lower than expected compensation and monthly employee benefit costs are high.
