I am supported by my leaders and my team. Working through the Pandemic has been difficult but we were led through the challenges and as a result we had a very successful year. We were all rewarded.

Cons

I cannot think of any cons. A lazy person might think that the expectation of hard work is a con. A hard- worker will understand that success is a result of hard work.
