Working with beautiful products. The company sales are growing steadily.

Cons

Very stressful, more overtime than downtime. There are always changes to standards or rules that cause confusion for the entire team and the processes are a mess. Though the company is in steady growth, there is no time taken to evaluate the future plan as a team. Zero collaboration style in management.
