      Pros

      You meet great people. Catered breakfast once a mine and there is always food!

      Cons

      Bullying, harassment, discrimination, favoritism, threatening, and racism. Management and HR are horrible. They only care about sales and not the people that bring in the money. Please take all good reviews with a grain of salt.

      Pros

      I worked with some amazing people. The HR staff is great. They are really working hard to make positive changes. The moral is much better than when I started in 2012. The company has learned to adapt to the needs of their employees within reason. When I began, it was much different than the company is today. My review would be much different. There wasn’t even a company handbook. It was more of a fly by the seat of their pants. I think the right people have been put into place to see Surya succeed. I have seen many changes. For instance, the beautiful new building. I was proud to work there. I liked how Surya recognized when they had outgrown a market and decided to focus efforts elsewhere. That shows commitment to making the business stronger and better. Most of the managers are flexible and work with you if you have issues. There are a lot of caring and loving people.

      Cons

      The company is still trying to improve in areas so there is definitely still growing pains. No company is perfect. If you can deal with that, it’s half the battle. The PTO is ok but could improve. Commuting to the office is tough but they do offer van pools from Atlanta.
