      Pros

      Very talented people below upper management level.

      Cons

      President should step down, his daddy who started the company should place him in a position of title and no power. Company seems To be imploding, due to a bank foreclosure? or take over? Good product, good infrastructure but, horribly mismanaged. Surya would be a good case study for a MBA candidate.

      Pros

      Great advancement Able to affect change Hard work and skill is appreciated & awarded Surya has hired a lot of new people to better service the customer & the teams they work on.

      Cons

      Reimbursement process isn't employee friendly. You have to use your personal money upfront while traveling then wait to until accounting processes a check for you which sometimes can take weeks.

      The people you work with can be great

      Cons

      Where to begin.... low pay, once a year raises, the place is going downhill FAST with losing several of the top Leadership team members and downsizing pay scales.... I don't see them succeeding past the 6 month mark.
