1. Opportunity to be part of entire Project Delivery Cycle (Right from requirement gathering to Design & Development to Implementation to Production support) 2. Strong clientele base to understand and get the best views on banking practices from industry experts 3. Flat organization structure - One can easily interact with CEO/MD 4. Best diversity in the team 5. Great place for a fresher to start as there will be abundant of learning opportunities 6. Will be given great opportunities and challenge environments will be set for achieving targets 7. Best place for showcasing area of expertise and ideas are always welcome 8. As management says, you're not an employee of the company rather you're part of the 'Surya' family

Nothing notable as Cons 1. You can shine if you're able to withstand pressure and be able to handle multiple projects/multi-tasking 2. Earlier training of new recruits was a grey area but last couple of years, all the teams have put in great effort in formalizing the training activities 3. You don't get to see the culture of an MNC/Big Companies but if you join as a fresher, it hardly makes any difference
