Pros

Work Remotely. Totally depends on department if you get lucky with a decent manager, but leaders above them still make it tough.

Cons

Worst head of HR I've ever seen. Org-wide pushes unrealistic expectations. Don't understand and value what people do. High turnover because there are much better places to work.
