Great place to work

Pros

Learn a lot about building science, energy efficiency, and affordable housing development and financing. Work life balance excellent, some roles can be primarily remote with only 1-2 days in the office, or sometimes no time in office depending on the week.

Cons

No health savings account, though the current (as of June 2024) health care reimbursement of $550/month for health and dental combined is really nice.

Small Company, Big People

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

The people you work with are its greatest asset. They are always willing to help you out as time permits. There are a lot of knowledgeable people who are focused on trying to get the job done. That includes management who are not above helping out. Everyone here also cares about your well being. Hard to find that in companies.

Cons

When working for a small company in a niche industry there will be challenges, from salaries to hiring. You will find the work satisfying, but the work load can be on the unrealistic side. As everyone is spread out you cannot always rely on someone coming to help.

Cons

this company is great on the energy eater side. the property management side is disorganized, horribly managed, full of gossip, and rather scummy
