      These are cons so writing in Pros as it too long .Top management hierarchy is like mahjong game . No one knows who is handling the project. Self boasting about themselves and doing nothing. They just scare employees stating will remove from the job

      One of the worst companies I have ever worked. The management are selfish about self career growth and not bothered about employees during lockdown those underperforming companies have given bonus,increment, Amazon coupons, Diwali bonus but Sutherland idiots just send a Diwali mail wishes. There is no employee satisfaction
