      If you have your own house and not renting, and you live by yourself. then sutherland will be the best for the stability and settle

      Cons

      If you are not living alone or want to marry or you have responsibilities you will find that the salary is not enough and you will have to borrow money and take loans and you will suffer , sutherland doesn't pay much , it pays $250 per Representative per month.

      I am working on the Lyft process at Sutherland, I like the environment of Sutherland and it's a chat process and email as well.
