      Not really much to say about pros in Kondapur Location

      Cons

      Bad Management Managers are stuck since ages. Give jobs for money and fire the old people. Need to change the management. Also need to change campus place (looks very old and boring). Ignore if you get oppurtunity in Allscripts with Sutherland.

      Not a good company to work

      Pros

      1. They give good hike to employees so that employee can leave their current organisation ASAP.

      Cons

      1. Managers don't have management skill. They really don't know how to manage team. 2. Manager always lies to employees and make fake promises to get employees working in the organisation. 3. Once they don't have project they directly say to leave the company with 15 days notice period.

      Good exposure to US Healthcare and hospital workflows. Required trainings on voice and accent. Employee grooming programs. Horizontal movements. Opportunity to showcase skills and talent.

      Cons

      Does not pay well. Cut back on lot of facilities like logistics. Rare onshore opportunity.
