workplace is nice. employee engaging. great management support.
Cons
too much pressure on performance. the would literally put you to hell. you will undergo lots of coaching if you wont achieve the best results. though its important, but it has been a culture to provide only the results rather than taking care of the emotional aspects of the employees. even if you can meet what is asked, they would want more from you. (depends on the account though)
