Pros

The pay is good if you are not in management and it's a good job to have if you want something temporary or something easy to walk away from

Cons

It's a BPO so work is usually never promised to you Management is unprofessional and expect things from you that they can't deliver Half the time directives are unclear and managers step on each other's toes when trying to get clarification The benefits are way too expensive to afford

Pros

Easy to learn, interview was easy.

Cons

The employees are rowdy, the managers have affairs with the employees, they are not discreet about anything, don't really care about employees, no health or paid time off benefits/.
