      There are no pros. period.

      Cons

      Low Pay, Really nasty ambassadors who TRY to micro manage you (Note that I said TRY) --- I refused to allow her to do that to ME which is why I left this company) training is horrible, They work employees like dogs for pennies.

      Pros

      Home, but you still work split shifts, no weekends and you work Holidays for straight pay.

      Cons

      You work weekends, split shifts and now Holidays for work at home ATT. When you work Holidays such as Christmas it's straight pay. No time and half or double time for being forced to work Holidays. You can be the top dog in metrics and they still micro manage you to death! No matching 401K even though ATT greed brings in billions of dollars. Customers act like drunk lunatics on the phone. It's a high turn over job. You will never enjoy this job.

      Simple way to make 30K, Nice 8-5 hours, or 9-6, whatever works on any given day

      Cons

      Unchallenged, unappreciated, under utilized. As a BPO they are ALL about the metrics laid out in the contract with their client, even when they mean nothing to the actual job. It's a machine that just keeps rolling and cares very little for the employees. Very misleading income expectations. ZERO 401K contribution.
