      Don't listen to the whole "innovative" bs.

      Cons

      They are cheap - get a 4 on your yearly review and when asked why they'd tell you that they literally cannot give you more, because you will be eligible for promotion, but they can't afford that; Lie about everything - when asked about opportunities, they tell you you are amazing, going above and beyond, they are absolutely going to promote you, and yet 2.5 years later still nothing. Cheating - they would absolutely hire and put their cousin or sister-in-law before their employees.
