Pros

Management overall are all nice people. They are pretty understanding to the fact that life happens and will work with you in emergencies as long as you stay on the same page with them. Training has its pros and cons, they have pto and benefits for full time employees, although i am unsure if the benefit package they offered is good since i didn't take advantage of it.

Cons

Not always help available when you need it but they try, pay is not great, should have better commission pay, deal with a lot of upset customers making it sometimes stressful, holiday hours without extra pay,

Pros

Some programs allow overtime. They tend to promote from within (my manager had started in my position 6 years ago and was one of two team managers when I left). If you start in a seasonal position, they will interview you for other programs at the end of your contract. The company has offices on six continents, and will help you relocate to a different country if you accept a position there.

Cons

There were rumors that my program had bedbugs, and all they did was switch out the chairs. I didn't receive a consistent schedule post-training for 2-3 weeks. Policies changed frequently but often they never emailed us to inform us that things had changed.

Pros

steady paycheck health insurance benifits work at home opportunities If your not happy with one program you can eventually transfer over somewhere else

Cons

much lower pay than if employed by the actual company itself no sick time or perks exist here working holdays with no extra pay just a "floater" sadly missing out on precious family events unrealistic goals and expectations expect to be stressed out continuously becoming more aggressive finding ways to "nickle and dime" your pay and or commissions. requesting vacation time is strongly discouraged so better not plan on booking any plane tickets Sutherland has steadily been developing a cruel demeanor twards its associates that is making for a much more obvious unhappy work envoronment.
