Pros
-Work from home -semi flexible with shift -OT always available if you can hit production goal -option to get bonuses
Cons
-Pay increased once within my two years of working here. When my pay did increase it was only by 25 cents. -some managers micromanage to the extreme. -they push production even when they know that certain things prevent the whole team from hitting the production goal. -although you have a chance to get a monthly bonus (up to 1,500/month), they make sure it’s hard to reach. When you do get a bonus it’s not much. -audit team will audit if you’re right or wrong, because they get incentives per audit. Sometimes when you rebuttal they will deny it and managers have to step in to get the audit error removed (if the claim was truly done correctly) -communication regarding how to complete claims is often horrible. You’ll be told 2,3 different ways on how to complete a claim. No one really knows including managers until they randomly get audited. -if you’re looking for growing in the company, look elsewhere. You’ll be promised growth, but in reality your job title and pay stays the same, you’ll just have more on your “to do” list.
