Pay is very low, bonuses are attainable but inconsistent. The equipment has no quality check and comes in damaged or in need of replacement. Hires anyone with a pulse. Campaigns only care about you taking calls even if you have equipment issues. VPN is incompatible with AWS which the company drags their feet on. Indian tech support are horrible with tickets. You have no tools to truly help anyone, all you do is transfer calls, pass tickets/forms and send requests. You can't even email documents yourself. You're discouraged from taking debit card payments despite having the ability to take them. Great temp job, HORRIBLE career. Fix your IT problems. It is not our job to wait for months for things to be fixed that hinder our ability to do our job. These BPOs need to go back to a physical location. Trainers also need to be trainers, not agents trying to get away from the phone.
