Use to be a great company. Went back to work there and was retaliated against by Manager for having epilepsy and having a seizure. After training you are allowed only 3 mistakes on calls then get first written warning. Time I was employed never got 1 positive feedback. Complained to HR and never responded back. When I worked there the first time was there I was a valued employee had great states on everything was moving up. I had 25 people in my training class. 3 were left after 3 months on the floor

Micromanagement, overwork, lack of work-life balance, constant changes, etc. I do not recommend working here unless you need a short-term role.
