+Very sketchy management +You can get instantly fired, they fire people left and right for random things +If you even think of making a Union they can just pull your calls and find any random reason to fire you +They try to cheat you out of hours, you have to hound them to get paid +They lie about bonuses, they rarely pay even if you meet requirements they will say you did not and not go over the numbers THAT THEY HAVE with you. +run away
