      It was okay until it wasn't

      Pros

      The management was okay when I first started then the site director was changed. That's when it all went down. USED TO BE employee friendly

      Cons

      They promised double pay (triple pay even) for employees who reported to work when covid first started. It wasn't written on paper I guess so that wasn't honored. There was also politics in the production floor. If they someone was applying for a promotion, and they didn't like them, they would create an "incident report" to avoid that person being interviewed for the promotion.

      - Quick Hiring Process - Nice Management for my program - Was able to interview for a new program

      Cons

      -Was not informed that the contract for that program was ending until a month before. They kept going back and forth about whether we would stay in that program longer.
