      it's a good company especially when it gets compared to the other BPO's around cairo

      Pros

      it provides free rides to work and to home (not perfect but we were able to get along with it). You also get a free vodafone red line and they pay for its bill and it's on a very good plan, you get a fine health insurance and you also get socially insured. and i had a decent team manager that was supportive enough.

      Cons

      they work with big clients so you'd be drained and you'd feel that your job is so demanding because you'd be working in a high-pressure environment especially if you were to work for an AT&T account and if you don't know how to take proper breaks you'd end up quitting since that's what i did :D

      Pros

      You gurantee your salary once you log in. You can have really good job experience there.

      Cons

      You may find misbehaving people or weird attitude ones as your colleagues. Strict rules they don't mind about causes and consequences they are robotic judges.
