Leadership has blind folded their eyes and so cannot see what's going on in the Infosec function and I am sure it is going to collapse soon only because of the disastrous CISO. it will really be the most unfortunate end result. The more the Leadership ignores, the faster it will collapse and tougher it will be to control. At this point I can only wish that we are able to save our careers because at this point it is no more about the company reputation but is about the employee careers.
