No more friendly nature, No more encouragement for good performance, higer authorities will directly walk on to the floor and sitting in between them , make the agents embarrassing,You feel like school

Cons

No coffee machines.The salary varies,No one will respond if we ask them. Shift will not change accordingly, night shift may continue for 6 months, not sure we may get the day shift or not, and superiors behave like owners of the company. Systems are dead slow, it would take half an hour to login and they will command us to cover deficit time of those systems. Break Exceeding for sure because of lift service only three are available, level 2,3,4 employees feel like they own the company and shout on the floor, No professionalism, cab facility worst, leverage to only spoons,
