- Transportation system is so unorganised and poorly managed - break areas aren't well established - stations, pc and facilities are in poor condition

no growth, no consideration, basically no increase in pay, unlimited upskills, more work but literally don't get compensated for getting more work. you could have the most responsibilities in this company but still get paid the same as a newbie or someone who's doing the bare minimum in the past 10 years
