      Pros

      I've never loved a job more. As long as you work hard and take pride in your position, the opportunities are endless. The people there are are amazing, good work is recognized, and you truly receive all that you put in. Eithics are amazing and everyone has equal opportunity.

      Cons

      Lack of development for management. Agents are promoted to management positions.. and you can see which managers are receiving development and which ones aren't. A lot of managers aren't equipped with the knowledge they need to effectively coach their team and make an impact on their agents..

      Management practice favoritism and promoted people who weren't qualified to do the job but because they liked them.

      Work from Home. PJs , don't leave your house. No travel time or getting ready for the next day

      Cons

      Pay is low. Hours suck usually start late afternoon until early morning. Hours change every two weeks.
