Pros

Salaries are paid in time. Pay is reasonable to Bulgarian standards. Very nice office location. Nice colleagues. It is one of many options if you want to work in Bulgaria. If you are good in languages than you have a job. You don't have to be a genius, just college will do to land a job here.

Cons

Management needs a lot to be desired. They lack people skills. Most of the time they show a lot of patronizing and condescending, although many staff member have university degrees or in the past had businesses of their own. Perhaps it is due to the nature of the work, but some managers see themselves as Nazi's

Pros

You work from home......that's really it. You communicate with coaches and managers through instant messenger.

Cons

AT&T Uverse it the worst, that's who i was contracted to. My first two coaches were great, but the last one was to much of a micro manager. Every Time I signed on, I get a message from her to talk. It was a little intimidating. low pay, I understand it's because its at home, but call center work is stressful. Training was fun, but nesting was very unorganized. I was last to get on calls then I was thrown out to the sharks. Schedules change on a monthly basis.

Pros

The ability to work from home was definitely a pro. There was also good support available in the event that a customer had a question that you didn't know the answer to. Generally I enjoyed the work, just not the culture.

Cons

No matter how hard I tried, it seemed that I kept getting stuck with the late shift. Unfortunately this did not fit into my life well, so I was forced to move on.
