      Pros

      Salary is prompt without any delay. Good work ambiance. Can refresh our self with super fast interest when work is not tight. (social networks and email is not allowed)

      Cons

      Very very bad way of appraisal. One has to bear the scoldings of customers for the wrong doings of the company. We have to bear negative points for problems which are never solvable. We don't have the right to choose lunch time. They will alot a time which is much later than what is necessary. There is a quality team to find out even small grammar mistakes and there is a much annoying review meeting. Overtime is given without our permission for begger hike in salary (say Rs 50 an hour of squeezing work) There are much more say.
