Good top management, appraisals on time, work life balance, support provided for innovations, corporate governance is great, flexible in work timing until and unless the job is done
Cons
No much onsite opportunities, variables are not paid properly even if your ratings are excellent, no captive centre, purely based on clients, old technologies used, no room for capex for new technology
