      Pros

      Plenty of different programs in different locations, depending on your skillset.

      Cons

      Ohh where do I start... Definitely underpaid in most programs as we're subcontracted to do the business of other companies. Turnover is very high for a very good reason. This will be mostly 20 somethings and 50 somethings with very little in between. A program which you work on could be closed with no advanced notice and they will claim to help you with transitioning you to another, but simply send your resume to the next program head. Management seems to be gained by having the right friendships instead of performance or seniority.

      THe pro s were that I met and got along with many people in the same situation as I and the perks that Sutherland offered to its employees helped with not being too competitive but being more friendly and compassionate to others.

      Cons

      Thecons were that even though I was only there for a short time, I enjoyed the benefits that were offered to me as an employee.
