      Absolutely love my job

      Pros

      Management is really willing to help you improve. Opportunities consistently to advance within the company. Value employee input. Willing to work with reps who need assistance. New building is great. Love that Sutherland raises and donates money for charity.

      Cons

      Client requests are at times erratic and difficult to implement on the time schedule. Attrition is high partly because there are only yearly pay raises.

      Pros

      The best part of working for this company was the ability to work from home. My direct supervisor was awesome and I liked all my peers.

      Cons

      There is very little support if you have a problem while working. Their systems are awful, and their help desk is a complete joke. If you need to speak with any kind of upper level management, chances are they either can't or won't help you.
