      * No Employee Care * No good salaries to Support Functions * Hard to get promotions for People in Support Functions; literally have to beg Managers * Not a healthy working environment where Junior staff gets bullied by Senior Staff * Sexual Harassments

      Pros

      London office is in the Gherkin, which is a fantastic location and building, easy to attract clients and prospects to visit, but this wonder and awe can only carry you so far..

      Cons

      Patriarchal and authoritarian management style (in the US) led to infighting and politics. More energy was expended internally on jostling for position and winning favour than in trying to win new business. The London office had the highest turnover of staff I have ever seen.
