Pros

Easy to follow scripts, lots of in house training on how to do your job

Cons

Office Politics were sometimes brutal, but as a phone monkey you're usually below notice. Other issues:, inpersonal hr, boring jobs with little reward.

you get decent salary, go evening and work till morning there is pick up and drop facility convenient for bachelors who cannot avail other jobs due to qualification problems

Cons

have to work full night shift This disturbs our cycle you have to sleep the whole day to compensate the tiredness
