Pros

* Enough opportunity to learn - both from your Superiors and through in house Talent Management Development Programs * High exposure and career guidance for the Top Notch performers - Mentored by Managers * Salary will be credited on the last working day of the month (highly commendable !!!) * Transparent Annual Appraisal System. * Ethics Team and help line to address employee harassments and other work place related issues. * Female employee Transportation policy - for female employee security.

Cons

* Eventhough annual appraisal are conducted in a very transparent manner, the hikes are meagre. * Most of the promotions are happening in the Senior Management Levels. To balance the cost impact, consultant to senior consultant promotions are minimal. * Salary disparity - Min max variance for a Single designation is high (even though employees in same designation are having equual years of experience. Its observed that sometimes employees who are below in Level (designation) are having higher CTS than the other one (For Example TLs earning more than GLs, GLs earning more than the Account Manager, Consultants earning more than Senior Consultants etc !!!!). * People Centricity - Even if the Organization proclaims that they are pro employee , in reality it's the other way round, atleast in bigger accounts. Tenured employees ,especially high cost ones, are always prone to "referred to bench" when it comes to ramp down or head count stratification. * Less work - life balance especially for Supervisors and Managers (even for associates too). * Illogical Head count reduction for increasing productivity which is putting added burden on the existing employees of that particular program. *
