Pros

Company has got lots of perks and incentives for those of us in tech support. Be consistent in your performance (i.e. matrix score) long enough and you get to choose where you'd wanna go from their; level 2 support, trainer, etc.

Cons

Work/time shift isn't the only thing you'd need to keep adjusting yourself to. Often times you'll also find yourself being transferred from different teams and programs/clientele, which makes it hard to get yourself 'settled in'.

Pros

No best reason at all. If anyone do not get a job in IT of other domain. Sutherland is a best place to get a job at least you get 12000 salary per month

Cons

work pressure is very high.. people who work in sutherland they will fall sick very soon
