Pros

Steady hours. Was in a convenient location. Easy to get the job and interview process was simple.

Cons

No chance to get promoted. Management has no clue who you are and what you are capable of. poorly managed. The pay was low for the amount of work you put in. They treat you like a slave and don't recognise good workers.

#very much worried about a single min delay after a break or even during shift hours #as all BPO does , night shifts
