Pros

SGS creates many jobs; SGS hires many folk; SGS spends loads of real bucks to train their employees; SGS provides real jobs for the trained employees; SGS can usually provide a next contract for employment after a current project/contract wraps/up; SGS frequently needs lots of overtime, and offers that to its trained & experienced employees; SGS tolerates lots of real-world shenanigans to keep their employees on staff; SGS gives lots and lots of young employees opportunities to learn and practice management skills; Nearly everyone should have some SGS experience in their [sic] background; SGS has a recruiting bonus program available to encourage attracting friends and family members; SGS makes available a broad spectrum of fringe benefits that can be bought and earned;

Cons

SGS does seem to teach its new "managers" how to practice management skills so that the term "dark side" seems appropriate (oh well, there have to be some trade/offs); SGS will probably not make the mistake of overpaying anyone (still some job is better than no job at all); SGS' [mis-]use of the term "professional" is more an indication of limited vocabulary and stifled imagination than true knowledge and understanding of how many years of education and intensely supervised experience goes into well-recognized licensed and certified professional careers; SGS payout of recruiting bonuses lacks in both cogency and timeliness (The bonuses due DO ultimately get paid after the fact they are due to be paid is brought to the company's attention.)
