It is The Best learning place before jumping into great company. idle for freshers

Cons

A work shift that runs through the early morning hours, typically covering the period between midnight and 8 a.m. it will be Horrible when you work in huge call volume process.

Internal lateral movements to different programs\functions\logos difficult due to different program working in their own Silos.
