      Good process to work with however less opportunity for growth only good for beginners or very experienced professionals as work load was very less .

      Pros

      In my first three years, there were good challenges that allowed us to be creative and innovative. This was a very good training ground.

      Cons

      They started importing a lot of employees from India when a lot of local Filipino employees can do the job a lot better. There is also no retirement plan and no value for employee retention.
