      Pros

      Good salary, enviroment in which you can learn a lot, interesting projects. Nice people, good location. No delays of salary payments or any issues with HR or administration.

      Cons

      1. To grow in the company there are 2 options- to become a "close friend" to a manager or if the account manager wants to get rid of you and recommends you for another project. 2. Many promises nothing done. 3. No enough training, well there is no training at all. 4.No money for incentives or motivation 5. People are not important- no need to listen, coach and develop, those who survive, will learn. etc.

      Good company name. Excellent Trainers. A chance to meet new friends.

      choose a stable account to work with.. be sure that it has no disputes and if that so.. make sure it would only happen once, at ;east every 6 months, not every month
