      Excellent opportunities to understand and learn operations and business Opportunity to go up the ladder and work in different program specific roles

      Remuneration is lower than market and industry standards. Hikes, appraisals and promotions do not happen as one would like. Even for outstanding performers, promotions are difficult to secure. The management does not not look into employee welfare and ignores the employees' perspective of work. Management works purely based on business goals and utilization and productiviyt factors.
