Pros

Employees treat each other as family. You get your opportunity to step up and apply to any post that you wish to as long as you qualify. They got shuttle services which is a big A-ok to call center employees.

Cons

Once you're promoted, expect that you get triple the load work without being compensated correctly. Cost cutting techniques were perfected.

Pros

sutherland offers the best salary in the industry but you should know how to take it from them

Cons

you will not get time to spend with your family, have to beg for your salary and the worst part is that the different departments doesn't know what's happening in the other department.
