Pros
The organisation had the large scale of operations in a market where bit players were aplenty and large organisations were only a handful. They did manage to perform reasonably well in spite of not being in the top 5 service providers in the industry and the heavy attrition.
Cons
Lack of transparent bureaucratic control at certain levels. Slight inertia towards making positive changes in employee attrition trends. A mildly partisan attitude towards the lower rungs of the corporate hierarchy. Inability of the organisation to truly support their support staff, is rampant at certain levels. Vastly pathetic pay for lower rung employees which was alright for the firm when competition was minimal but it amounted to exploitation nonetheless.
