      Pros

      Good Place to work in the ITES sector as it offers one of the best training in voice and technical skills. Rules and Regulation are followed religiously when it comes to client information or any company policy. Never ever experienced a delay in disbursement of salary.

      Cons

      Employee working environment can improve a lot. First line managers are not empowered enough with decision making. Employee retention is not attempted with lot of conviction.

      Good working hours, good benefits, good people to work with, mostly wheelchair accessible

      Cons

      Needs to be more accessible for persons with disabilities, some supervisors need some more training to be able to manage their team members and to work alongside them, needs a different cubicle layout or different cubicle coverings, needs a better paint job that is easy on the eyes and better lighting that doesn't cause headaches.
